Bachelor in X-Ray Technology is a 3-year UG program that aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to operate X-ray machines and other imaging equipment in healthcare settings. A variety of medical imaging-related topics are covered in the programme, including radiation physics, anatomy and physiology, radiographic imaging, radiographic procedures, and radiation safety. Trained X-ray technicians are crucial in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of medical diseases. The program aims to provide students with a strong foundation in the theoretical and practical aspects of X-ray technology, as well as critical thinking skills, ethical principles, and communication skills.

Eligibility

Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics in their 10+2 grade from a recognized board of education.
